The Late Show Gardens is a registered 501(c)3 organization. Net proceeds from TLSG will go to The Trust for Public Land and The Garden Conservancy. The Trust for Public Land's new Balboa Park in San Francisco's Excelsior district is helping change a blighted area with the highest concentration of children in the city, providing a sorely needed recreation area. The Garden Conservancy is a national, non-profit organization founded in 1989 to preserve exceptional American gardens for public education and enjoyment.
Since The Late Show Gardens is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization IRS section 170(b)(2)(iii) for both Federal and State tax purposes, donations and show tickets are fully tax-deductible. All donations will be promptly acknowledged.
